Another enjoyable summer evening of music around the town includes the events below.

St. Lawrence Church,
commencing at 7.30 pm
Towcester Choral Society
Founded in 1900, the Choral Society hasn’t appeared at the festival since 2003 and we are very pleased to have them with us in church. Sit back and listen to an exciting selection of your favourite songs between 7.30 – 8.15 and 9.10 -10.00 p.m..
 
John Smith, Musical Director of St. Lawrence Church
John has spent the majority of his working life making music with children and adults throughout the county.  In his spare time he works with musical groups and churches.  He is on home territory tonight and enjoys using the magnificent organ here at Towcester Parish Church. He will be playing a selection of light music on the organ between 8.15 and 9.10 p.m.

Vicarage Gardens
commencing at 7.30 pm
TVision
TVision “the event” is held once a quarter at the Towcester Town Hall, where a large audience of all ages join together for an evening of modern Christian music against the backdrop of a concert atmosphere.  The TVision band has appeared on BBC Radio Northampton and appeared at last year’s Midsummer Music Festival where the mix of lively Christian and mainstream secular music proved very popular.
 On Sunday morning they will lead a combined service of worship in the vicarage garden at 10.00 am, everyone invited.
